If your application is approved, and you pay a Holding Fee to hold a house or
apartment, and you decide not to take the unit for any reason, the Holding
Fee will be forfeited and unit will no longer be held for you. Once the
lease is signed, the Holding Fee will be credited as your Security Deposit
and will then become refundable at the completion of your lease.
